Définition
Définition d'une base d'une topologie :
- \((E,\tau)\) est un espace topologique
- \(\mathcal B\subset\tau\)
Contre-exemples :
\(A\) n'est pas une base de \(\tau(A)\)
Par exemple, \(A=\{\{a\},\{b\}\}\), \(\tau(A)=\{\varnothing,\{a\},\{b\},\{a,b\},\enclose{circle}{E}\}\)
\(A=\{\{a,b\},\{b,c\}\}\), \(\tau(A)=\{\varnothing,\{a,b\},\enclose{circle}{\{b\}},\{a,b,c\},\{b,c\},\enclose{circle}{E}\}\)
Remarque :
Pré-base
Caractérisation
Caractérisation d'une base (topologie) :
- \((E,\tau)\) est un espace topologique
- $$\forall U\in\tau,\forall x\in U,\exists B\in{\mathcal B},\qquad x\in B\subset U$$
$$\Huge\iff$$
- \({\mathcal B}\) est une base de \(\tau\)
Formule
Caractérisation d'une base (topologie)
1: $$\forall U\in\tau,$$
2: $$\forall U\in\tau,\forall x\in U,$$
3: $$\forall U\in\tau,\forall x\in U,\exists B\in\mathcal B,$$
4: $$\forall U\in\tau,\forall x\in U,\exists B\in\mathcal B,\qquad x\in B\subset U$$END
Comparaison de bases
Comparaison de deux bases de topologies :
- soit \(\tau_1,\tau_2\) deux topologies de \(E\) ayant pour base \({\mathcal B}_1\) et \({\mathcal B}_2\)
- \(\tau_1\) est plus fine que \(\tau_2\)
$$\Huge\iff$$
- $$\forall U\in{\mathcal B}_2,\forall x\in U,\exists B\in{\mathcal B}_1,\qquad x\in B\subset U$$
Plan démo:
1: Soit \(U\in\tau_2\)
Alors $$U=\bigcup_{i\in I}U_i\qquad\forall i\in I, U_i\in{\mathcal B}_2$$
$$\begin{align} U_i&=\bigcup_{x\in U_i}V_x\\ U&=\bigcup_{i\in I}\bigcup_{x\in U_i}V_x^i\in\tau_1\end{align}$$ donc on a bien \(\tau_2\in\tau_1\)
1i: \(\impliedby\)
2: Soit \(U\in{\mathcal B}_2\)
Alors \(U\in\tau_2\) et donc \(U\in\tau_1\)
Donc $$U=\bigcup_{i\in I}V_i\quad\text{ avec }\quad V_i\in{\mathcal B}_1$$
Si \(x\in U\), alors \(\exists i\in I,x\in V_i\)
2i: \(\impliedby\)
